I know what it takes to train around a real life.
I’m Farrell, an RRCA and VDOT certified coach, Training Programs Manager at Fleet Feet DFW, and a runner with 100+ races finished from 5K to ultramarathon and a Six Star medal behind me. Before coaching full time, I spent over a decade in finance – so I know firsthand what it’s like to chase a serious goal around a demanding, unpredictable career.
That’s the lens I coach through: plans built for real life, not just the calendar. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your next big PR, the work has to fit the week you actually have – or it doesn’t get done.
